The Customer Marketing Specialist manages the execution of comprehensive Omnichannel marketing plans for their portfolio of customers. They play a critical role in the Sales and Marketing team for their assigned customers, collaborating with key marketing players (internal & external) to deliver annual customer marketing plans. They must understand the retail environment working closely with key accounts and retailers while working closely with the broader Alternative Channel Sales and Marketing team. Ultimately, they will drive the execution and optimization of trade plans and oversee projects from initial ideas to concept and final stage, all of which must portray the essence and position of the brand and account strategy.
