FanDuel is looking for a strategic powerhouse to own and evolve FanDuel’s retention engine – balancing data, creativity, and commercial acumen to fuel market share growth and customer retention. In this role, you’ll set the strategy for how we drive engagement from in-category customers, evolve our lifecycle and offer strategy, and create a culture of continuous optimization. You’ll be the go-to leader connecting the dots across Marketing, Go To Market, and Performance & Insights – ensuring our customer marketing strategy is both smart and scalable. In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company.
