About The Position

The Commercial and Education Marketing team is dedicated to delivering the future of how people teach, learn, and work through innovative, AI-driven technologies. Our mission is to increase awareness, consideration, and preference for enterprise and education platforms while accelerating demand and revenue across global markets. We also expand essential programs to priority international regions, ensuring our tools empower institutions worldwide. Role summary As a Customer Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of critical customer communication channels across commercial and education audiences. This role focuses on managing high-reach email newsletters, scaling lifecycle campaigns to international regions, and overseeing campaign operations. You will act as a bridge between central strategy and regional execution, ensuring marketing programs deliver consistent value and drive engagement across the post-adoption customer journey.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in marketing project management, customer marketing, or campaign operations.
  • Experience managing email marketing programs, newsletters, or lifecycle marketing journeys.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver projects at a global scale.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

  • Experience with education or enterprise technology markets.
  • Proven track record managing localization (I10n) workflows and scaling programs to international regions.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience monitoring program health metrics and executing data-driven optimizations.

Responsibilities

  • Newsletter Management
  • Serve as the primary owner for education and enterprise customer newsletters.
  • Send monthly content submission requests and work cross-functionally with central, regional, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely content delivery.
  • Proofread and edit submissions to align with established brand voice and messaging standards.
  • Write monthly editorial introductions and coordinate with Marketing and Brand teams for required approvals.
  • Partner with marketing operations to ensure on-time campaign deployment.
  • Identify opportunities to improve newsletter engagement and execute content and layout experiments to optimize performance, while staying informed on competitive best practices.
  • Campaign Operations
  • Manage established customer lifecycle programs, ensuring onboarding, feature adoption, and renewal communications reflect the latest product updates, events, and launches.
  • International Expansion
  • Own customer program expansion into priority international markets by partnering with regional stakeholders to develop expansion plans and lead execution, including localization, validation, and deployment.
  • Performance Tracking
  • Maintain accurate campaign performance reporting; monitor engagement and health metrics (e.g., deliverability, open rates, click-through rates) and proactively escalate technical or performance issues.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Provide quarterly updates to global and regional stakeholders, sharing insights from program metrics and implications for go-to-market teams, including email best practices and top-performing content types.
