About The Position

The Customer Marketing Manager at Spectora is responsible for driving customer engagement and growth through various marketing channels. This role involves developing and executing strategies that enhance customer onboarding, retention, and advocacy, while also managing customer communications and fostering community engagement. The position is hybrid, requiring in-office work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with the rest of the week being remote.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in Customer Marketing or a related role within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong copywriting skills with experience in creating effective email campaigns and community posts.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with a strong ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects and deadlines across teams.
  • Proficient in collecting and analyzing data to guide marketing strategies.
  • Passionate about understanding and meeting customer needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement multi-channel onboarding campaigns to guide customers through their first 60 days.
  • Create re-engagement strategies to retain at-risk customers and increase renewal rates.
  • Design and implement campaigns across email, text, and in-app messaging to drive upsell opportunities.
  • Launch marketing initiatives to promote partner solutions through webinars and co-branded emails.
  • Manage customer referral and affiliate programs to generate qualified leads.
  • Own the strategy, copywriting, and execution of newsletters and product release communications.
  • Monitor and moderate online user groups to maintain a positive brand perception.
  • Plan and execute virtual and in-person trade shows and association events.
  • Develop and execute marketing programs with industry associations to strengthen relationships.
  • Own the strategy and content development for the Spectora Spotlight podcast.
  • Analyze customer data to inform marketing strategies and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product Marketing, Account Management, Partnership, and Customer Success teams.
