The Marketing team at PitchBook is critical to fueling the company's growth by utilizing a variety of strategies to support our Sales and Customer Success departments grow and retain our client base. The Marketing team is responsible for all demand generation efforts by executing engaging campaigns, effective product marketing strategies, and attending client and trade-show events. The marketing team is also responsible for promoting the PitchBook brand and managing internal communications. The Customer Marketing Manager is laser-focused on expanding revenue and retaining customers within our existing customer base. This role will use data and insights about our customers, the market, and win/loss analysis to inform development and deployment of effective expansion, retention, and restarts marketing programs. This position will also support account based marketing strategies, working in partnership with performance marketing and campaigns teams to execute programs. This role will partner closely with the Sales Enablement team to inform existing business sales enablement strategy and upsell opportunities. Collaboration is key - partnering with Demand Generation, Campaigns, Performance Marketing, Customer Success, and more. This position requires a savvy marketer who wants to continually test, learn, lean on the data, and collaborate across functions to find new and innovative ways of reaching, supporting, expanding and retaining our customer base.
