Customer Marketing Manager will drive incremental growth through tailored customer marketing programs aimed at customer advocacy, and will report to the Senior Manager, Customer Marketing & Operations. Responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of strategic customer initiatives with the following disciplines within the DRiV marketing organization:

  • Analyze and report on the performance results of customer marketing efforts, promotions, campaigns vs. targets
  • Partner with brand marketing and sales teams to effectively bridge national brand communications and marketing plans to customer marketing plans
  • Oversee marketing projects from ideation to deployment, managing timelines, creative resources, and budgets
  • Provide direction to agencies and manage the development of promotional materials and consumer/trade facing advertising
  • Act as an extension of the sales team by understanding opportunities, providing insights to marketing and sales leadership
  • Monitor / track marketing fund budgets and performance
  • Manage the fulfillment of rewards throughout customer program periods
  • BA/BS degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing or sales/marketing hybrid role
  • Metrics-driven mindset with creativity and strong analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a dynamic team.
  • Detailed-oriented, pro-active, self-driven person who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-driven, fearless interest and curiosity in new and established communication methods, technology and markets, along with a healthy disrespect for the impossible
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), sales dashboard analysis
