The Customer Marketing & Engagement Specialist plays a key role in deepening relationships with key audiences-including homebuyers, and distribution partners, through coordinated marketing programs and communications. This role supports three critical areas of customer engagement: Event Marketing & Customer Experience Distribution Network Relationship Marketing Email Marketing & Communication Campaigns By aligning marketing execution with relationship-building goals, this position ensures that all customer touchpoints-whether at a tradeshow, in the inbox, or through a retail partner-deliver value, consistency, and a strong brand experience. This is an ideal role for a marketing professional with excellent project management skills and a passion for customer-first thinking.

  • Support the planning and execution of national and regional events, including trade shows, builder shows, and partner activations.
  • Coordinate pre-event marketing, on-site brand experience, and post-event follow-up communications.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all event touchpoints reinforce the brand and drive meaningful engagement.
  • Track event outcomes and engagement metrics to assess ROI and inform future strategies.
  • Act as a marketing liaison for our distribution network, supporting engagement through marketing support.
  • Manage execution of marketing initiatives offered to strengthen partnerships and drive combined success.
  • Gather insights and feedback from partners to continuously improve marketing strategies and tools.
  • Coordinate the development and delivery of targeted email campaigns across both B2B, and B2C segments.
  • Manage national and plant-specific communications including event invitations, drip campaigns, product updates, and promotions.
  • Work with internal stakeholders (including marketing and sales teams) to align messaging with overall brand and engagement goals.
  • Create and iterate email templates and campaign flows, with a focus on project management and consistency.
  • Monitor email performance and recommend data-driven optimizations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing or engagement role
  • Demonstrated experience with event marketing, partner programs, and email campaign coordination
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, MailChimp, or equivalent)
  • Strong project management, organization, and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
  • Customer-focused mindset with a relationship-driven approach to marketing
  • High attention to detail and brand alignment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strategic thinking with a bias toward execution and follow-through
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Basic design tool experience (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
