We’re looking for a highly organized, creative, and customer-obsessed Customer Marketing & Community Manager to help bring our customer stories and community programs to life. In this role, you’ll own the day-to-day execution of key advocacy and engagement programs — ensuring they run smoothly, deliver measurable impact, and continuously engage our customers. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to activate customer voices through events, community programs, and storytelling initiatives. You’ll also play a pivotal role in evolving our EngineeringX community , driving recruitment, engagement, and thought leadership content that builds lasting relationships with our audience.
