FanDuel is looking for a sharp, culturally fluent Associate, Customer Messaging to help shape how we speak to customers across our owned CRM channels. This role sits at the intersection of copywriting, brand, personalization, and experimentation. You’ll write compelling, high-impact messages that not only drive customer intent in the moment, but also helps us learn what great CRM messaging looks and feels like and how it should evolve over time. You’ll partner closely with Lifecycle Strategy, CRM Ops, Go-To-Market, Creative, and Experimentation teams to bring our brand to life in a way that feels timely and relevant to our customers.
