About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience.

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong communication and written skills required.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Able to work under pressure and maintain a positive and professional attitude.

  • Willingness to work additional hours as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Reply and manage customer feedback on Yelp & Google Business.
  • Report significant customer complaints to the store manager and supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Create monthly customer service reports on time.
  • Operate and manage the backend of the Meet Fresh app.
  • Research and come up with marketing insights based on Meet Fresh consumer behavior and data.
  • Communicate and coordinate with franchisees on related marketing affairs.
  • Assist our graphic designer in creating visual content.
