About The Position

Toast is seeking an Analytics Manager on the Customer Marketing team to help us make smarter, faster decisions across the customer journey. In this role, you'll evaluate marketing performance, uncover key trends, and identify new opportunities for growth. Your insights will help us prioritize and size initiatives that drive upsell, product adoption, and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working with marketing analytics and customer data
  • Proficient with tools like Snowflake, SQL, and Excel
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Sigma, Hex, or similar
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data to outcomes
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a bias for action

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment preferred
  • Experience with marketing tools like Braze, Pendo, Marketo preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain reporting to track KPIs and customer marketing campaign performance
  • Measure the performance of customer marketing programs and campaigns
  • Uncover trends and opportunities across the customer lifecycle using data
  • Translate findings into clear recommendations for where and how to focus efforts and size the potential impact of new marketing ideas to guide prioritization
  • Collaborate with Finance & Analytics teams to build dashboards and attribution frameworks that support cross-functional alignment and accuracy
