At Guardian Protection, the Loyalty Specialists proactively builds relationships with customers to effectively retain customers through positive relationship building, listening to concerns/addressing issues and providing the best options for our customers. As part of a vibrant driven team you will seek to fulfill the needs of our existing customers that are at risk of cancelling services, by addressing escalations to the point of resolution and securing services to those customers that are relocating to a new home or business or wish to upgrade existing products and services.
