Successful Loyalty Agents determine customer needs and root concerns and provide a white-glove experience resulting in delighting the customer. $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year with Paid training (Hourly + Commission). Requirements

High school degree or Equivalent required
Ability to work designated full time shift
Proficient with basic computer functions and the ability to utilize software, databases, scripts, and other tools appropriately
Ability to pass a background check
