About The Position

The Customer Loyalty Analyst (CLA) at Kenvue is responsible for leading and managing customer personalization and loyalty offers for Mass and Drug retailers, particularly focusing on CVS and Walgreens. This role involves executing loyalty and personalization plans, analyzing performance, and collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize return on investment (ROI) while maintaining strong relationships with key partners. The CLA will also manage the submission of vendor communications and perform post-analysis to enhance future promotional strategies.

Requirements

  • A minimum bachelor's degree is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a consumer package goods environment in sales, sales analytics, shopper marketing/insights, or related field.
  • Strong analytical background and/or category management experience is required.
  • Strong digital literacy, including MS Office Suite applications, sales database, and web applications is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience working with retailers is preferred.
  • Experience working with IRI/Nielsen preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work with limited oversight.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to interpret and communicate complex business data.
  • Experience working on a platinum customer or national account preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively lead multiple projects/initiatives.
  • Demonstrated financial savvy in making effective business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Customer personalization and loyalty offers for CVS & Walgreens.
  • Execute Loyalty & Personalization (L&P) plans across all portfolios.
  • Analyze performance and track financials related to loyalty promotions.
  • Conduct monthly post-analysis and develop insights to optimize future coupons.
  • Provide monthly updates for customer meetings and manage communication with stakeholders.
  • Partner with creative and brand teams for required assets and approvals.
  • Develop and execute Email Campaigns and Direct Mailers in collaboration with Customer Development Managers.
  • Manage vendor relationships and processes for coupon submissions and invoices.
  • Act as a backfill for the National Coupon Coordinator.
