About The Position

The Customer Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations within a specific function, focusing on operations and account management. This role involves leading direct reports, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory, and complying with regulations while achieving operational goals.

Requirements

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Five or more years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, Warehouse, or related field.
• Five or more years of previous plant experience required.
• Five or more years of contingency planning and crisis management support experience required.
• One or more years of direct supervisory experience required.
• Five or more years of 3PL experience required.
• One or more years of LLP (Lead Logistics Provider) background required.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and state/local/federal regulations.
