About The Position

JobTread is seeking a Customer Learning & Engagement Specialist to join their Learning & Development Team. This role focuses on enhancing the customer journey by maximizing engagement and retention, while providing essential tools and support for construction professionals. The specialist will be responsible for developing educational resources, managing the help desk knowledge base, and collaborating with internal teams to create impactful content that resonates with users. This position combines creativity, strategy, and customer focus, with opportunities to represent JobTread at events and oversee educational tracks at user conferences.

Requirements

  • Strong writing skills with a focus on clarity and technical accuracy.
  • Experience in creating instructional materials or knowledge base content.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn new systems quickly and create understandable documentation.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working behind the scenes on content development.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 1-2+ years of education and training experience at an educational institution, SaaS, or software company preferred.
  • Prior work experience or knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
  • Experience with productivity tools like Salesforce, Slack, etc also a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and oversee the help desk knowledge base, ensuring content remains current and accurate.
  • Administer JobTread certifications, including tracking progress and issuing awards.
  • Expand and maintain the template library, providing customers with ready-to-use templates for common workflows and resources.
  • Review and track video training, notifying trainers when updates are needed, to ensure the digital training library is comprehensive and up-to-date.
  • Monitor and actively participate in the JobTread user Facebook group, providing training-related support.
  • Schedule quarterly Product Update Townhall webinars and collaborate with the Marketing team to promote townhalls.
  • Oversee the education session selection process for the JobTread Connect User Conference.
  • Assist with the creation of drip email campaigns to engage customers throughout their onboarding, implementation, and continued customer journeys.
  • Write blog posts using insights from focus groups and think tanks, contributing valuable content to the industry and enhancing JobTread's thought leadership.
  • Create email templates for the success and support team to assist in training on common topics.
  • Assist in developing educational resources and communications for new feature releases, ensuring users have the support needed to adopt new tools.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create helpful guides and resources based on customer workflows and use cases.
  • Occasionally travel to trade shows to conduct on-site training, assist with sales, and provide on-demand support at the JobTread booth.
