Your Role We are looking for an experienced Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Developer – 4 to 9 Years to design, implement, and optimize cross‑channel customer journey measurement solutions. You will work with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and related analytics tools, partnering with data, product, and marketing teams to deliver actionable insights and measurable customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain data connections, schemas, and datasets within Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to enable accurate, cross‑channel journey insights.
- Implement and manage analytics tagging, instrumentation, and custom data collection using Adobe Launch (or equivalent TMS), Adobe Analytics, and AEP.
- Develop customer journey dashboards, visualizations, calculated metrics, and stitched customer profiles across digital and offline touchpoints.
- Work closely with product managers, marketers, UX, and data engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable analytics and measurement solutions.
- Troubleshoot tracking and data discrepancies, validate implementations, and ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards are met.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders and drive data‑driven decision‑making.
