Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts, both verbally and written
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner to team members as well as individuals at all levels of Rinchem
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word)
  • SAP
  • BMS (Billing Management System)
  • Ability to escalate important issues to Supervisor
  • Read, write, speak, and comprehend the English language
  • See both distance and details at close range, within a few feet of the observer (with or without corrective lenses)
  • Identify and understand the speech of another person (with or without a personal auditory hearing device)
  • Work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including occasionally arriving early, staying late on a moment’s notice

Responsibilities

  • Perform customer invoicing accurately and on time each month for assigned customers
  • Follows documented billing instructions
  • Prepares invoicing worksheets for review and approval
  • Compares current invoices to previous invoices to identify any potential errors anomalies
  • Troubleshoots customer billing questions and potential discrepancies
  • Refers all questions about contract pricing to supervisor
  • Cross trains with other Customer Invoice Specialist to ensure coverage during vacation or other absences
  • Any other duties within the billing department that create value for our customers to ensure that Rinchem remains the provider of choice
