About The Position

MRC Global serves the oil and gas industry across the upstream, midstream and downstream sectors as well as the chemical and gas distribution market sectors worldwide. Job Purpose The Integration Lead serves as a key contributor within the Integrations Department, responsible for guiding daily operational activities and providing mentorship, training, and first-level support to Integration Specialists. This role ensures the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of customer integration processes by combining technical knowledge with strong leadership and analytical skills. The Integration Lead actively supports departmental objectives by improving reporting accuracy, optimizing workflows, and fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and customer success.

Requirements

  • Any combination of requirements that provide the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform Essential Duties & Responsibilities will be considered.
  • High school diploma required, associate degree or relevant coursework in business, data analytics, or supply chain preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in customer integration, data analysis, or related operational roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), experience with Power BI and ERP systems preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team leadership and customer interaction.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on quality and efficiency.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience mentoring, training, or supporting team members preferred.
  • Familiarity with MRC Global systems and integration processes strongly desired.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and first-level support for Integration Specialists on operational issues and escalations.
  • Lead onboarding and continuous training programs to ensure consistent use of tools, processes, and reporting standards.
  • Mentor and coach Integration Specialists, fostering skill development, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Partner with the Director of Integration to identify training gaps and recommend team development opportunities.
  • Oversee and coordinate day-to-day integration activities to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Support execution of customer integration initiatives, including system setup, inventory management, and reporting accuracy.
  • Review and validate integration work for accuracy prior to submission to management or customers.
  • Maintain clear documentation of integration processes, customer configurations, and procedural updates.
  • Analyze customer sales, consignment, and inventory data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Support monthly reporting for the Director of Integration and assist in preparing summaries of team activity and outcomes.
  • Identify data inconsistencies and provide actionable recommendations to enhance data quality and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer integration issues.
  • Support customer meetings and calls to address integration-related inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate project progress and data insights to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives and deliverables.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure consistent, accurate , and timely customer integration support.
  • Identify opportunities to improve integration workflows, reporting tools, and data management processes.
  • Assist in developing standardized best practices to improve team efficiency and quality of execution.
  • Participate in testing and implementing new systems or enhancements to existing platforms that improve integration accuracy and performance.
