Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for customer integrations with TVH.
• Drive business growth through the integrated sales channel.
• Onboard and support customers and partners throughout their integration journey.
• Identify and analyze client needs to enhance the integration platform.
• Evaluate ERP packages globally and explore new integration methods.
• Maintain relationships with key clients, prospects, and partners.
• Conduct and organize training sessions for clients and the sales organization.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external colleagues regarding customer integrations.
