We are currently accepting applications for a Customer Information Specialist/ Team Lead. This position is remote within the Zions footprint, AZ, CA, CO, ID, NV, TX, or UT. The schedule will be Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm MST.

Requirements

  • Requires High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 6+ years of data entry, typing or ten key experience or 3+ years of CIF experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of CIF department processes, 10 key, data entry, typing and PCs.
  • Excellent customer service, diplomacy, good judgment, and communication skills.
  • Ability to train staff, research, and solve problems and promote staff development.

Responsibilities

  • Function as a team lead, train, or assist lower level employees.
  • Support management and staff to meet department service levels.
  • Train staff, monitor calls, and quality control.
  • Assist with scheduling staff.
  • Research possible errors and handle problems as needed.
  • Be responsible for data entry of customer account information for various accounts.
  • Maintain accounts by performing various updates such as name and address changes.
  • Maintain standardization of the Customer Information Files (CIF) dictated by policy and procedures.
  • Handle telephone customer service calls from branches and other departments.
  • Correspond with clients or bank personnel.
