Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • PC skills.
  • Proficient typing and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Two (2) years of data processing and banking experience preferred.
  • All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

  • Enter, maintain and verify customer and deposit account information including Certificate of Deposits, Debit Cards, Demand Deposit (checking, savings and Christmas Clubs), Customer Information, and Safe Deposit.
  • Appropriately process changes to restricted accounts and account level monetary holds.
  • Monetary Processing.
  • Set up sweep services.
  • Enter and balance fee reversals and EFT batches.
  • Maintain Account Analysis records.
  • Review all maintenance requested and performed for reasonableness of original request and accuracy of changes made.
  • Provide assistance wherever necessary to help the Deposit Operations Department and the Bank in achieving their annual goals.
  • Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position.
