  • Initiate and conduct proactive discovery sessions with customers to gain comprehensive insights into their unique needs and objectives.
  • Recommend, create, and implement customer-centric business solutions aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction, boosting retention rates, and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with product management stakeholders to promote and deliver best-in-class solutions and processes to both internal teams and external customers.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging opportunities, acting as a trusted consultant to customers.
  • Leverage PMO resources to meticulously plan and execute activities within the digital vision.
  • Serve as the point of escalation for internal stakeholders requiring inter-departmental coordination to meet customer requirements.
  • Utilize in-depth product knowledge to provide technical assistance to customers.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to upsell complex programs to existing customers and prospects.
  • Ethically and professionally represent Mansfield Energy, our products, and programs to customers.
  • Provide regular feedback and strategic guidance to executives, keeping them informed about customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Distribute project timelines, expectations, and desired outcomes to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • University degree or minimum ten (10) years equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum ten (10) years of experience in the Energy sector, with additional benefit if experience is specifically in the Transportation Fuel market.
  • Demonstrated understanding of formal implementation and project management methodologies.
  • Skills to work with customer and internal project management team to identify, assess, and document overall project requirements.
  • Strong time management, organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and firm commitment to project success.
  • Ability to translate client needs into well-defined and achievable development tasks.
  • Superior people skills, team oriented, fast learner, very personable, and ability to listen.
  • Detail oriented, creative, self-starter.
  • 40-hour on-site work week
  • Some travel required
