Ellucian is seeking a passionate individual to join our Marketing team as a Customer Impact Manager. In this role, you will focus on sourcing and cultivating customer advocates, aligning their stories with Ellucian's strategic priorities. Your work will ensure that every project highlights the quotes, proof points, and impact metrics necessary for testimonials, speaking opportunities, or research partnerships. You will maintain an Advocate Go-List, create an Outcomes Matrix, and support calls for proposals, all while promoting and enabling access to compelling customer stories across various formats. Additionally, you will leverage AI and best practices to enhance customer engagement and optimize content management.

  • Maintain an Advocate Go-List and cultivate relationships with top advocates.
  • Create an Outcomes Matrix to define and track key outcomes for testimonials and quotes.
  • Source and align customer advocates for campaigns, events, case studies, and research.
  • Shape storytelling and script video projects by defining necessary quotes, stats, and evidence.
  • Support calls for proposals by recommending the best-fit customers for speaking opportunities and case studies.
  • Promote and enable access to customer stories and proof points for Sales, Product, and Campaigns teams.
  • Use AI and best practices to strengthen customer engagement and simplify content management.
  • Measure and optimize story pipeline, content engagement, and usage to prove ROI and refine strategy.
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy programs, content production, or customer success.
  • Demonstrated ability to source and elevate customer voices that drive measurable impact.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills with a passion for storytelling and higher education outcomes.
  • Proven project management skills that are organized, deadline-driven, and focused on quality.
  • Collaborative mindset, able to work across Sales, Campaigns, and Product Marketing to align priorities.
  • Openness to adopting new AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance content development.
  • Metrics-driven approach with experience managing KPIs related to customer advocate engagement.
