Your work will ensure that every project highlights the quotes, proof points, and impact metrics necessary for testimonials, speaking opportunities, or research partnerships. You will maintain an Advocate Go-List, create an Outcomes Matrix, and support calls for proposals, all while promoting and enabling access to compelling customer stories across various formats. Additionally, you will leverage AI and best practices to enhance customer engagement and optimize content management.
