Customer Experience Visual Merchandising Support
About The Position
Winston retail www.WinstonRetail.com is hiring Customer Experience Visual Support team members to help launch a dynamic, discovery-driven pop-up concept in SoHo. This immersive retail space blends rotating assortments, creative collaborations, and bold visual storytelling to create a one-of-a-kind shopping experience. As part of this exciting three-month activation, you'll play a behind-the-scenes role in keeping the store guest-ready, product flowing, and the experience seamless.
Requirements
- Previous retail, stockroom, or support experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with clear communication skills
- Comfortable with flexible schedules, including potential overnights, weekends, and holidays
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs., climb ladders, and stay active on the floor
- Smartphone required for reporting: iOS: iPhone 11 or newer Android: 2020 or newer, OS no more than 4 versions behind
Responsibilities
- Replenish merchandise daily to ensure product availability
- Maintain an organized, efficient stockroom
- Support Retail Merchandisers with product placement and execution
- Reporting to Team Lead, you will monitor inventory and flag any concerns to leadership
- Assist guests on the sales floor when needed
- Submit visit reports and photos via the Winston App
- Follow Winston and retailer policies and procedures
