Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to multitask using phones, computers, and related technology
  • Reliable, positive attitude and a willingness to grow

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service that reflects our core values
  • Answer inbound calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Help customers with billing questions, seasonal concerns, scheduling, and more
  • Act as a key liaison between customers and our Service Professionals
  • Schedule pest, lawn, and termite services with accuracy and care
  • Collaborate with Sales Professionals and support sales initiatives
  • Participate in collection efforts as needed
  • Maintain a consistent presence in the office and attend regular team meetings
  • Take on additional duties as assigned
