About The Position

At Benzinger’s Clothing Care, our front counter team plays an important role in each customer’s day. People trust us with items that matter to them—from everyday work clothes to wedding gowns—and our Customer Experience Associates make sure every visit is smooth, friendly, and stress-free. This is a great fit for someone who likes clear routines, enjoys helping others, and takes pride in getting the details right. You have flexibility to: Work primarily at one location , or Pick up shifts at multiple stores if you’d like additional hours. Store operating hours: Monday–Friday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm Saturday: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm Closed Sundays and major holidays Paid Training All new team members complete approximately 120 hours of paid training at our Hamburg location . Training covers our systems, customer service approach, and how we care for a wide variety of garments and household items.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers as they arrive and assist them at the counter.
• Review garments and household items with customers.
• Enter service details into our computer system.
• Answer basic questions about services and timelines.
• Help keep the front counter area neat and organized.
