As a new Customer Experience Supervisor at Worldwide Foam, you can expect a dynamic and engaging workday from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, totaling 40–45 hours each week. Your day will involve leading a dedicated team, ensuring customer needs are met with excellence. You’ll be responsible for monitoring team performance, providing coaching and support, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Daily tasks may include analyzing feedback, addressing customer inquiries, and collaborating with other departments to drive quality improvements. You’ll also play a key role in developing training materials and strategies that foster a high-performance culture. After your training period, hybrid scheduling opportunities may become available, allowing for a blend of onsite and remote work. To thrive as a Customer Experience Supervisor at Worldwide Foam, you’ll need a robust set of skills and experiences. A minimum of 5 years in customer service, logistics, or supply chain within a manufacturing or distribution environment is essential, along with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Candidates should hold a 2 or 4-year degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, demonstrating a strong educational foundation. Being a strong people leader is crucial; you should possess a proven ability to motivate and coach your team to achieve their best. Your analytical mindset, attention to detail, and solutions-driven approach will enable you to tackle challenges effectively. Proficiency in ERP software (such as NetSuite or Dynamics) and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required. Experience with ISO standards or a background in continuous improvement initiatives will earn you bonus points! Knowledge and skills required for the position are: 5+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain within a manufacturing or distribution setting. 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience. 2 or 4 year degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field Strong people leader with a proven ability to motivate and coach teams. Analytical detail-oriented and solutions-driven mindset. ERP experience (e.g. NetSuite Dynamics or equivalent). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint).
