About The Position

The Customer Experience Specialist at IncredibleBank is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by acting as a customer ambassador, assisting with banking transactions, and promoting bank products and services. This role emphasizes proactive customer engagement and requires a basic understanding of banking operations to effectively support customers' needs. The position is full-time and based at the Marquette, MI branch, with a focus on teamwork and community involvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
• Customer service, cash handling, and/or retail experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet customers at the door to establish a positive interaction.
• Act as a customer ambassador for the bank, providing a high-quality customer experience.
• Gain a basic understanding of bank products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Identify opportunities to connect customers with banking partners to enhance their financial relationships.
• Utilize banking software and systems to assist customers with transactions such as deposits, loan payments, and withdrawals.
• Verify check and deposit amounts for accuracy and follow endorsement procedures.
• Maintain cash levels within the drawer with minimal errors or variances.
• Complete debit card maintenance and reorders related to lost cards and fraud.
• Demonstrate the use of mobile app technology to assist customers with digital banking needs.
