Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years related work experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with an ERP system (P21 or similar)
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage open order flow.
  • Expedite and facilities special delivery requirements.
  • Contract review
  • Maintain customer contract database.
  • Prepare and submit formal quotation directly to internal inside sales representative.
