Responsibilities

  • Deliver accurate, friendly, and responsive service on every inbound and outbound call — leaving every customer better than you found them.
  • Establish genuine rapport with existing and potential customers that keeps them coming back.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of Ryan's products, services, and policies so you can be the go-to resource for customers and colleagues alike.
  • Document every interaction and piece of information in our customer database with precision and care.
  • Collaborate across multiple departments and branches to make sure every customer's needs are met — on time and on point.
  • Multitask, type accurately while engaging with customers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Embrace changes to processes and procedures and help the team move forward together.
