We’re hiring a Customer Experience Specialist (BDC Associate) to drive inbound and outbound customer communication. You’ll be responsible for setting appointments, confirming showroom traffic, and supporting the sales team in hitting daily and monthly targets.

Requirements

  • Strong communicator with confidence on the phone
  • High energy, competitive mindset, and accountability
  • CRM or call center experience preferred
  • Ability to handle high volume activity daily
  • Team-oriented with a drive to win

  • Retail, hospitality, or sales background is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Make 100+ outbound calls daily to leads and opportunities
  • Send 60+ emails and 60+ texts per day
  • Set and confirm appointments for showroom visits
  • Ensure 100% follow-up on all sold customers
  • Log all activity in CRM accurately and consistently
  • Work directly with sales managers to drive appointment show rates
  • Maintain daily checklist and accountability to performance metrics
  • Participate in weekly training and continuous improvement
