About The Position

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll build exceptional customer relationships and provide open and transparent communication. Our main goal is to make sure a purchase with Yardbird is the best and simplest option from start to finish. In this role, you’ll be fully knowledgeable about the Yardbird product and story, ready to help all customers with any questions and requests. If you show an interest and aptitude for managing others, the full-time role has the potential to develop into a leadership role within the department. Requirements

  • Previous work experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of customer support, client services, sales or a related field
  • Skilled at running multiple computer systems/windows simultaneously
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Be friendly and helpful while engaging with customers via phone, live chat, email, social media or in person
  • Serve as an expert on all things patio furniture by providing accurate, up-to-date information including, product features, pricing, delivery, warranties and returns
  • Work closely with our delivery, operations and showroom teams to monitor the scheduling of deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Guide and work with your fellow team members to achieve customer success in every interaction
  • Help find new ideas and methods to exceed customer expectations as a company
