Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree desired.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service and 1 year of experience in an office/administrative role, or a combination of both.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, including customer interactions and administrative duties, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong prioritization skills to handle escalated customer issues professionally.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and engage in ongoing professional development.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Experience with Google Business Suite, spreadsheets, and other office software.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the home building industry.
  • Familiarity with warranty management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers and partners through phones, email, and other correspondence, managing Customer Care communications.
  • Respond to customer complaints and inquiries, collaborating with field staff and managers to find solutions.
  • Evaluate warranty claims submitted by customers and manage warranty records through Adair systems.
  • Understand and communicate contractual obligations to customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager to identify opportunities for improving the customer experience.
  • Execute regular follow-ups with internal and external customers in a professional manner.
  • Assist the Program Manager with preparing materials and projects as needed.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as mailing materials and preparing official documents.
