Requirements

  • A problem-solver with a "let's make it happen" attitude, even under pressure.
  • A team player who's cool, calm, and collected – even when the pool gets choppy.
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring every customer interaction is seamless and memorable.
  • Training in the Diventures Way (don't worry, we'll show you the ropes!).
  • Knowledge of swim, SCUBA, and travel services (or the passion to learn!).

Nice To Haves

  • First Aid, AED, CPR, and O2 certifications are a plus – because safety is key.
