About The Position

Generation Tux is an online tuxedo and suit rental platform founded by menswear legend, George Zimmer. George created the company in 2014 to provide high-quality tuxedo and suit rentals, competitively priced, and in the most convenient way possible -- shipped directly to your door. Generation Tux is a growth-stage startup, and we need your help taking our growth to the next level. Generation Tux is currently looking for a motivated self-starter to join our Customer Service team. Applicants should be reliable, hard-working, detail-oriented, and be able to problem-solve. A typical day includes regular contact with customers by phone and email as well as other office duties as assigned. We strive to have a strong, corporate culture that stresses communication and high-level execution.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • 2+ years working in customer service (virtually or in person)
  • Ability and knowledge using computers and various platforms (email, social media) to answer customer needs
