Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in general office procedures and computer skills including Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• One year of office or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good grammatical and writing skills, proficient with email etiquette.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's degree in a related field.
• Experience in a senior living or healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support by organizing and maintaining resident, personnel, marketing, maintenance, and resource files.
• Answer incoming telephone calls promptly, taking complete and accurate messages, and routing calls as necessary.
• Receive visitors, ensuring they sign registers and directing them appropriately.
• Provide information and assistance to residents regarding activities and services.
• Assist the Wellness Director with scheduling and coordinating residents' doctor appointments.
• Maintain resident mailboxes and distribute mail as needed.
• Ensure the professional appearance of the lobby and reception area.
• Provide administrative support including typing, filing, and preparing reports.
• Schedule work orders received from residents and coordinate with Maintenance/Housekeeping.
• Assist with recruitment activities by placing ads and scheduling interviews.
