About The Position

We are seeking a highly articulate and energetic Customer Experience Representative to join our team on-site in Hicksville. This individual will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support via phone and email and will serve as a key point of contact to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or call center support, preferably in a distribution or manufacturing environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general PC usage
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet
  • Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with confections, foodservice, or large product catalogs a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of customer communications (calls and emails)
  • Provide accurate, timely, and creative solutions to customer inquiries
  • Resolve order and delivery issues by working cross-functionally with internal teams
  • Build strong customer relationships with a service-first mindset
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our extensive product offerings
  • Document all interactions and updates accurately in internal systems
