About The Position

Ingram Micro is the business behind the world’s brands. As cloud procurement increasingly shifts to hyperscaler marketplaces such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud, Ingram Micro plays a critical role in enabling partners to transact efficiently and competitively in this rapidly growing route to market. The Customer Experience Representative supports the full lifecycle of hyperscaler marketplace transactions. This role ensures accuracy, speed, and consistency across quoting, approvals, CRM entries, and partner interactions. You will help identify marketplace opportunities, shepherd deals through internal processes, and eventually engage directly with partners to communicate our value proposition. This is a high ‑ visibility, high ‑ growth role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast ‑ moving environment, enjoys solving nuanced problems, and brings strong organizational discipline.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail; ability to manage many moving parts without losing accuracy.
  • Prior experience in the IT channel, distribution, cloud, or vendor ecosystem.
  • Self ‑ starter mindset with the ability to take direction, learn quickly, and advance work independently.
  • Curiosity and a proactive approach to problem ‑ solving; willingness to ask questions and dig into unfamiliar topics.
  • Strong work ethic and a dynamic, engaging personality.
  • Comfort working in environments with nuance, ambiguity, and evolving processes.
  • Typically requires a four-year college degree or equivalent experience and 2 years functional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Track, identify, and monitor potential marketplace opportunities using pipeline data, renewals, customer mapping, and internal reporting.
  • Shepherd deals through Ingram Micro’s marketplace processes, ensuring accuracy across quotes, vendor documentation, approvals, and CRM entries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies that may delay transactions.
  • Engage with partners (outbound calls, scheduled meetings, follow ‑ ups) to communicate marketplace value propositions and support deal progression.
  • Document partner interactions, next steps, and deal status in CRM systems.
  • Provide regular reporting on deal progress, partner engagement, and marketplace activity.
  • Support 35+ participating vendors, with new vendors added regularly.
  • Serve as a resource for marketplace transactions across the entire organization.
