This position is responsible for receiving, processing, and confirming customer orders and supporting customer related sales activity. It will also require customer or production contact to clarify orders, so our customers receive correct product.
Enter orders into manufacturing system.
Contact customers for information about purchase orders.
Work with drafting on order information.
File and maintain paperwork associated with each order.
Assist Customer Experience team by working on quotes from the quotes queue.
Assist Customer Experience team by taking customer phone calls (in back-up capacity).
May be assigned order processing duties for Key & Target Accounts.
Other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
One year of order entry, customer service, or inside sales experience preferred.
Power Transmission industry knowledge preferred.
Experience working in a technical or manufacturing industry preferred.
Self-Motivated, detail oriented, strong comprehension and memory skills.
