About The Position
Enterprise, National, and Alamo are excited to offer a position for a Customer Experience Representative (CXR) at our Santa Barbara Airport branch. The CXR plays a crucial role in providing a superior, friendly, and efficient transaction during the rental and return process. This position requires the representative to utilize company-approved sales and service techniques to facilitate the rental process effectively. The CXR is responsible for verifying and documenting all necessary driver information to ensure a smooth and timely rental and return experience. The role emphasizes a customer-centric approach, focusing on the wants and needs of our customers while adhering to our Quality Standards. The branch is located at 500 James Fowler Rd, Santa Barbara, CA 93117. Candidates must have open availability, as the position requires working 40 hours per week, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, apart from religious observances. The compensation for this role is competitive, with a pay rate of up to $23.00 per hour, which includes a base pay of $20.00 per hour plus potential bonuses of up to $3.00 per hour.
