We are currently seeking a Customer Experience Representative (CXR) for our National/Alamo brand at O'Hare International Airport. This role is crucial in providing superior, friendly, and efficient service to our customers, ensuring a positive experience throughout the rental process. The Customer Experience Representative will facilitate the rental process by verifying and documenting all necessary driver information, which is essential for an efficient and timely rental and return experience. This position requires open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with potential shift times ranging from 2pm-10:30pm or 3pm-11:30pm. The role offers a competitive pay rate of $20 per hour, with the opportunity to earn monthly performance bonuses of up to $2,000. The position is located at the O'Hare Multi Modal Facility in Chicago, IL, and is part of a union environment. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers in a professional and timely manner, providing superior customer service by effectively communicating rental terms and conditions, and utilizing company-approved sales techniques to assess customer needs. You will also assist customers with directions, local area information, and other service inquiries, while managing incoming and outgoing calls related to reservations and customer service. Continuous development of your knowledge and skills through on-the-job training and company-sponsored classroom training is encouraged, ensuring you remain equipped to provide the best service possible.
