About The Position
The Customer Experience Representative (CXR) position at Enterprise Mobility is a full-time role that focuses on providing exceptional customer service and facilitating the rental process for customers at the Duluth Airport location. The CXR is responsible for ensuring that every customer interaction is positive, friendly, and efficient. This includes greeting customers upon arrival, explaining rental terms and conditions, and assisting with the selection of additional services and products that enhance the rental experience. The CXR plays a crucial role in verifying and documenting driver information to ensure a smooth rental and return process. In addition to direct customer interactions, the CXR will handle incoming calls related to reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to customers and other stakeholders. The role also involves making outgoing calls for callback management and addressing miscellaneous inquiries as assigned. The CXR is expected to continuously build their knowledge and skills through on-the-job training and company-sponsored development opportunities, ensuring they remain informed about vehicle features, rental policies, and local area information. This position offers a starting pay of $20 per hour and includes a consistent full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. The work environment is dynamic and customer-focused, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration. The CXR will also be responsible for notifying management of any customer or vehicle issues, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
