About The Position
The Customer Experience Representative (CXR) position at Enterprise Mobility, which operates the National Car Rental and Alamo brands, is a vital role focused on delivering exceptional customer service at Boston Logan Airport. The CXR is responsible for facilitating the rental process by ensuring that all necessary driver information is verified and documented, thereby providing an efficient and timely rental and return experience. This role is not only about processing transactions but also about creating a positive experience for customers through friendly and professional interactions. The CXR will engage with customers upon arrival, explain rental terms and conditions, and assist with any inquiries regarding vehicle features and additional services. In addition to customer interactions, the CXR will handle incoming calls for reservations and general inquiries, ensuring that all customer needs are met promptly. The role requires the representative to be knowledgeable about the local area to provide directions and information, enhancing the overall customer experience. The CXR will also be responsible for assessing the condition of rental vehicles upon return and reporting any issues to management. Continuous learning and development are encouraged, with opportunities for on-the-job training and company-sponsored classroom training available to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service and sales techniques. This position offers a competitive pay structure starting at $21.46 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $31.46 per hour through shift differentials and monthly bonuses.
