About The Position

As a Senior Customer Experience Project Manager at Ivanti, you’ll be at the heart of delivering mission-critical solutions for leading organizations. You'll coordinate with cross-functional teams, guide customers through every phase of project delivery, and ensure we consistently exceed client expectations. Your work will directly influence how customers experience Ivanti’s cutting-edge products and drive ongoing value for users around the world.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of professional project management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience
  • Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with Office 365 products and Professional Services Automation tools (e.g., FinancialForce, Mavenlink, Kimble, OpenAir PSA) is a plus
  • PMP certification preferred, or a desire to pursue certification
  • Ability to interpret data and effectively manage resources

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including resource estimates, schedules, budgets, and change management strategies
  • Lead project delivery against defined plans, objectives, and budgets
  • Report on project status, progress against milestones, and key risks to both customers and internal stakeholders
  • Manage project scope and adapt to changes using established PMO processes
  • Build strong relationships with key customer contacts and earn their trust through high-quality delivery and insight
  • Promote the benefits and value of Ivanti solutions and actively identify opportunities to expand our impact
  • Partner with the PMO team in strategic planning, process improvements, and operational changes
