We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Experience & Operations Support contractor to join our growing team. This person will play a key role in delivering best-in-class customer support, facilitating smooth order fulfillment, and maintaining seamless operations — especially during off-hours and weekends.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in customer support, e-commerce, or operations
  • Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, early mornings, and weekends

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries with speed, empathy, and accuracy
  • Support order processing, tracking, and issue resolution
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment
  • Identify and escalate recurring issues or operational bottlenecks
  • Maintain high service standards and ensure a positive customer experience
