As an Alternate Channel Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the voice of the customer for accounts outside of our traditional distribution channels. You'll ensure every order, complaint, and request is handled with accuracy and care, helping our alternate channel customers and consumers feel supported and valued. From managing sample and distressed product orders to resolving consumer complaints, you'll balance attention to detail with responsiveness under pressure. This role gives you visibility across the supply chain, logistics, and sales, while making a direct impact on customer trust and loyalty.

  • Accurately enter and process sample and distressed product orders, ensuring lead times, minimums, and escalation procedures are followed.
  • Partner with supply chain and logistics to troubleshoot delivery or fulfillment issues.
  • Serve as the primary contact for inbound consumer complaints via phone/email, logging and escalating as appropriate while following through to resolution.
  • Build strong partnerships with alternate channel accounts through proactive communication and support.
  • Identify recurring pain points, contribute to reporting, and support new tools/processes that improve customer and business outcomes.
  • 2+ years of customer service, order management, or client support experience.
  • Experience in logistics, retail, hospitality, or other fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with distressed inventory or alternate distribution channels.
  • Familiarity with complaint tracking systems and consumer feedback tools.
  • Background in food, CPG, or supply chain/logistics.
  • Career growth opportunities within a year for high performers.
  • Development of skills that lead to growth in Customer Experience, Supply Chain, or Account Management.
