The primary responsibility of the Customer Experience Operations Representative is processing account renewals through various systems, ensuring the continuity of service to our clients is uninterrupted. The Customer Experience Operations Representative will work with the Partnership Services group to ensure all account information is recorded properly in our database, maintaining accurate documentation and details for the claims team to utilize during the handling process. The assigned work will span all lines of business, processing varied program types.
