About The Position

As our Customer Experience & Office Support Coordinator , you'll be the heartbeat of our office. You'll manage phone calls, support our sales and service teams with lead intake and appointment coordination, and help keep our office stocked, organized, and running like a dream. You'll also play a big role in collecting customer reviews, and supporting our team with administrative needs. Most importantly, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding support and timely follow-up to customer inquiries, ensuring no question goes unanswered and every client feels heard.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or administrative support
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong follow-up skills and customer-first mindset
  • Super organized, proactive, and comfortable in a process-driven environment
  • Tech savvyMicrosoft Office, scheduling tools, and basic cloud systems
  • A warm personality and team-first attitude

Responsibilities

  • Answering and routing phone calls with a smile
  • Following up with customers who call or email with questions or concerns
  • Inputting leads and scheduling sales or service appointments
  • Managing our shirt inventory and fulfillment
  • Requesting and organizing customer reviews and celebrating great feedback
  • Receiving packages, stocking the fridge, and keeping the office stocked
  • Greeting guests, vendors, and new hires, you're the first impression!
  • Supporting operations with special projects, document scanning, emails, and coffee-making
