As our Customer Experience & Office Support Coordinator , you'll be the heartbeat of our office. You'll manage phone calls, support our sales and service teams with lead intake and appointment coordination, and help keep our office stocked, organized, and running like a dream. You'll also play a big role in collecting customer reviews, and supporting our team with administrative needs. Most importantly, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding support and timely follow-up to customer inquiries, ensuring no question goes unanswered and every client feels heard.
