About The Position

The New Hire Onboarding & Training Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and facilitating the smooth transition of new hires into the organization. This role ensures all necessary training, equipment, and system accesses are provided to new employees while maintaining compliance with company policies. The coordinator will act as a liaison between departments, ensuring that new employees are set up for success from day one. Preference to hire internally within the current SBS Customer Service Team.
